CerimoniereWeb

CerimoniereWeb for professional bodies

President, council, past presidents, disciplinary board: a professional body has a hierarchy of its own, and it carries it into rooms where judges and civil authorities also sit. CerimoniereWeb holds the three logics together.

The ceremonies of a professional body

  • Admission and oath of new members

Tens or hundreds of new members, each with family in tow. The hall fills in blocks, and the number of accompanying guests settles the capacity before the order of offices does.

  • Opening of the legal year

The ceremony where the three hierarchies really meet: the bench, the profession, and the civil and military authorities of the district, each with its own internal order.

  • General meeting and installation of the council

The leadership changes and the top of the protocol changes with it. The edit is made once on the register of offices, not ceremony by ceremony.

  • Long-service awards and anniversaries of admission

Here the order is not office but seniority on the roll: a tie-breaking criterion like any other, which the software applies on its own.

  • Congresses and professional conferences

Speakers, delegations from other bodies, institutional representatives. Outside guests entering the same register as the rest of the membership.

Three hierarchies, one room

At the opening of the legal year the president of the court sits with the judges of the district, the president of the body with the council, the prefect with the civil and military authorities. Three different orders: the bench ranks by function and seniority, the profession by office on the council, the civil side by the territorial order of precedence.

CerimoniereWeb applies several protocols to one ceremony and composes a single ranking from them. You define the body’s own protocol, with its offices and its tie-breaking criteria; the other two ship configured.

Seniority on the roll as a criterion

In the ceremonies of a professional body the order often depends not on office but on admission to the roll: long-service awards, anniversaries, the tables of past presidents. It is a ranking criterion like length of service or age, and it is set on the category once. From then on the ranking builds itself, even when there are hundreds of members to seat.

When guests bring someone

An admission ceremony is not a ceremony of offices: it is a ceremony of families. Every new member arrives with two, three, four people, and the capacity runs out before the list does. CerimoniereWeb handles accompanying guests and seats in the party as part of the invitation, with the Invitation Portal collecting replies by email and updating the numbers as they arrive. At the door, QR code check-in reports in real time how many have come in and how many seats are left.
