CerimoniereWeb speaks four languages

In offices that prepare visits by foreign delegations, or in organisations with international staff, the software is sometimes used by people who find Italian hard going. Until now they had to get by with menus and messages they half understood, and every doubt turned into a call to a colleague.

From March CerimoniereWeb can be used in Italian, English, Spanish and German, with menus, screens, messages and buttons fully translated. Everyone works in their own language on the same data: the ceremony, the guest list and the seating plan remain one and the same.

Protocols are easier to reorder

The same version changes how a protocol is edited. A group of offices can be moved under another group without deleting and recreating it, which helps when an organisation’s internal order changes.

A protocol can only be deleted if it was not supplied with CerimoniereWeb and no ceremony uses it. This protects against mistakes: a protocol deleted by accident would take with it the order of every ceremony built on it. When the operation is not allowed, the message now explains why.

Fixes

The chosen language now loads correctly as soon as the application opens, and adding tags to records works again.
