The ceremony dashboard
A first dashboard for the day of the ceremony: confirmed invitations, people expected, people arrived and how far along you are.
On the morning of the ceremony, whoever is coordinating wants to know one thing: how many guests have yet to arrive. Until now the answer came from a phone call to the entrance, or from counting rows by eye.
From November every ceremony has a dashboard, opened from the icon in the list of ceremonies. It shows confirmed invitations, people expected, people already arrived, the percentage who have arrived and the latest arrivals.
It is a first step. The dashboard shows arrivals as they are recorded, and there is still plenty to do on welcoming guests in the hall.
