Ceremonies beyond the reach of the network
A copy of CerimoniereWeb that runs on a computer with no Internet connection and then brings the work back to the server. Built for the Italian Navy.
Not every ceremony is prepared in a connected office. On a ship, at a remote base, in a hall the organisation’s network does not reach, the software on the server is no use, and people go back to paper just when it matters most.
The standalone version
From July the administrator can download a package containing the software and the data, and on that computer you work offline with the same screens. When the connection is back, one command brings the work back to the server. We built it for the Italian Navy.
Ceremonies without invitations
Not every ceremony starts from an invitation. For internal ones, or for seating plans to arrange from a list you already have, a ceremony can now be created empty, without choosing any branches of the protocol.
A fix that mattered
In the seating plan, an accompanying guest and a representative with different names could get merged into the same person. That is fixed: whoever accompanies and whoever represents remain two separate people, each in their own seat.
