Finding what you need, straight away

In a registry of a few thousand people, a search that only matches the start of the surname forces you to remember how a name was typed. “De Rossi” or “Derossi”? “University of” or “The University of”?

Since April search finds text anywhere in the field, and results can be sorted as you need. Dates that have passed are highlighted in the tables, so an appointment that has ended stands out at once.

Several roles for one person

In a small office the same person prepares the invitations, makes the calls and works on the seating plan. A user can now hold several roles at once, instead of needing one user for each.

Tooltips on every button

Every action has a short tooltip saying what it does. People who only use the software for the big ceremonies no longer have to remember what each icon means. Invitation emails can now also include images in the text, such as the organisation’s crest.
