Tags, messages to groups and import from file
Free tags on people and offices, messages to whole groups of guests, and your existing registry imported from a file instead of retyped.
A protocol office keeps lists that no protocol provides for: the mayors of the province, the winners of an award, former vice-chancellors, everyone who attended last year’s ceremony. Until now they were kept on a separate sheet.
Tags
From February people and offices can carry free tags chosen by the office, and you can search by tag. The list of the province’s mayors becomes a simple search.
Messages
After the invitation come other messages: the updated programme, parking instructions, a change of time. These can now go to whole groups of guests through a step-by-step procedure with a template and attachments, and a PDF record is kept.
Import
Nobody should retype a registry of several hundred people. People, offices and organisations are imported from a file, so a new office starts from the data it already has.
In the same period CerimoniereWeb was installed at the Bank of Italy, on the database the bank already uses, with invitation replies arriving from outside and synchronised with the internal application.
