Invitations, online replies and follow-up calls
Email templates with each guest's details filled in, a one-click reply, and a screen for whoever phones the guests who have not answered.
Preparing the invitations for a ceremony means writing the same letter a hundred times, changing the name, office and address each time. Then comes the slow part: working out who has replied and calling everyone who has not.
Templates with the details already in
From April invitations go out from email templates where you place fields such as name, office, organisation and date of the ceremony. CerimoniereWeb fills them in for each guest. Before the real send you can send everything to a test address and see how it arrives. Every message has its own status in the sending queue.
The invitation can go to the person’s address or to the office’s: an invitation to the prefect goes to the prefecture, even after the prefect changes.
A one-click reply
The guest finds a link in the email, opens it and accepts or declines. The reply lands in the invitation list without anyone having to copy it out.
The follow-up call
Guests who do not reply need a phone call. Each invitation now has a follow-up screen where you note how the call went, and you move from one guest to the next without going back to the list. Staff who make the calls have their own role and see only what they need.
