A hierarchy no statute foresees
An order of precedence ranks public office. The governor of a central bank appears in it; the board, the general council, the central managers and the branch managers do not. They are statutory organs with a precise internal order that lives in the bank’s own rules and practice, not in a legal source.
In CerimoniereWeb that order becomes a protocol like any other. You define the categories, the offices inside each category and the criterion that separates two people holding the same office: seniority in the appointment, length of service, alphabetical order. Once, not at every ceremony.
Public authorities and internal organs in one room
At the annual meeting the bank’s leadership sits together with ministers or their representatives, the prefect, local authorities, heads of other institutions. The first group follows the bank’s protocol, the others the national or territorial one. CerimoniereWeb applies both to the same ceremony and derives a single ranking from them.
Out of it come the seating plan, the place cards, the list for the reception staff and the invitations with QR codes. Whoever cannot attend appoints a proxy, and the proxy takes the seat that belongs to the office represented.
Keeping the data inside
The guest lists of a credit institution hold names, offices and attendance that do not leave the office. CerimoniereWeb installs in the cloud, on the institution’s own server, or as a single workstation with no network at all, and supports TOTP two-factor authentication: you choose the installation by how far inside those data have to stay.
